One of the best decisions we ever made was to utilize Caroline Akt Realty. When first entertaining the idea of selling our home we were overwhelmed with the process and the concept of it. Caroline put us at ease and walked us through the process. She was able to give us an honest assessment of what she thought the home was worth. After deciding to list with her she came and did a fabulous job photographing and listing the property. One week later we were in contract! Now the stress really began. Caroline was there for us during every step of the process, whether to give advice or ease our anxiety. Most importantly, she answered the phone herself whenever we had a question. In this day and age that level of customer service is very rare. The sale of our home went extremely smooth, and we were constantly kept informed as to the timeline as well as what to expect during the process. In the end we received very close to the estimate that Caroline had provided to us, and she was able to find people that love our home as much as we did.
